.Creating Some Space.

Between work, school, family, friends, and even social networks, we forget about all the littlest things, and without even realizing, we push them aside. We forget to just breathe. We have all aloud the world to become our puppet master. Constantly moving, never stopping and unfortunately it has been embedded in us that this is normal..."Oh, it is what it is". It's up to us to realize that those ropes need to be cut, and space needs to be created.

When there is no space in your life, its creates chaos and anxiety. Our friendships, relationships, and we suffer. Unfortunately the culture that we live in drives us... to do more, accomplish more, speed up, buy more, get all you can, while you can.

Think about the last time you spoke with someone and when they asked you "Hey, how's it going?" you actually, "Good, just chillen"...
Its like once we hear that question our minds triggers our mouths to say "Oh, man, i have school, work, family, friends, life, its pretty insane!" and before you realize it your talking like a mouse who just took 15 Redbulls. And were proud of this ?
What good is it to gain the whole world and lose your soul ?

If i could describe this in an image i would say its like you have you in the middle and a bunch of different cords leaving your body, all the cords connect to a specific thing in your life. So basically we are always plugged in.

Unplug yourself.

We add so much to our lives that when push comes to shove, things begin to become more and more cloudy. We begin to take everything harshly, so now not only are we already stressed about "life" something happens, which then of corse we blow up to be this massive burden and we panic.

We were not designed and placed here to constantly be rushing, by giving ourselves space, we have the ability to make sense of things.

...So now the question is...
How do we create space ? It's quite simple really...
1. Stop doing what your doing.
2. Figure out what the unnecessary is and set aside those unimportant things.

Now yes, i know that majority of people think, "Well, that's just not possible...I don't have time for that...just thinking about it is giving me a panic attack"

Now, don't get me wrong, i know whats that's like...
It's difficult to be in that state of mind, we need to learn how to stop putting ourselves through this.

As crazy as it sounds, it's not all our fault.
We all feel pressured, alot of this is done do to the expectations of others.
But who ever said you were here to live for them? You are here for yourself.

There is no problem in saying no.

No, is one of the first words we hear and understand at a young age.
yet, as we get older, some of us find it harder to say it. It's almost as if we feel obligated to help someone or do something that we really don't want to. And when we are helping these people, we still aren't there.
Its wearing us out, just slow down.

Stop being so busy with the things that don't really matter or that are not as important as yourself.
Let your mind be still, don't let yourself get distracted.
