So, as this is my last two semesters of receiving my BA in Culinary Management, i am taking some of the more advanced, yet simpler classes. i know that sounds weird but i say this because, well just because. :) They are advanced because if your were to throw a "freshman" in the class, they just might have a heart attack, as for us "veterans", we've come a long way and can handle it a bit more. So in one of these courses, Art Culinare, we discuss a different chef every week and we then recreate some of their more memorable dishes.
So being that i am a culinary cat, i've noticed that my blog should probably contain a bite mote about it, It is a passion of mine and i would love to share my experiences with anyone and everyone. So basically just keep an eye out for the next couple of weeks, ill throw some culinary education on here, enjoy all. :)
